To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好在之前有其他食評拍下餐廳門口照片，跟着照片找珠記門口，否則門口無大招牌，很容易睇漏眼，尤其是珠記隔離有兩間咁上下門面的茶餐廳。睇我們第一次專程光顧，走入餐廳，伙記招呼可選裏面的卡位或外面的圓枱坐。以工業區餐廳來說，裝飾一般，很平民化。我們兩個分別點了沙嗲牛肉炒蛋出前一叮、回窩肉加五香肉丁出前一叮，一叮加錢，都係$34再加熱檸茶，麵煮得爽口，不會太諗，湯底濃度適中，唔錯。
