To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向早餐外賣，都有3分之1機會選擇大家樂作為早餐之選，而今日都唔例外，又係食大家樂早餐。今日選擇左大家樂既每日精選早餐，呢個早餐價格實惠，只係HKD$27，加埋凍飲都係HKD$30，但份量就唔算多，一個多士，一隻蛋，一條廚師腸，一碗湯面，以早餐來講就算係咁啦。多士，蛋，腸呢d都係基本早餐組合，正常發揮。而呀湯面就有唔少選擇，平時我都係食雪菜肉絲炆米，但今日就試食野，叫左個火腿扭扭粉，都好好食，好掛湯。
