To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六上午去九龍灣工業區，平時食開的新澳茶餐廳執咗。見到隔離工業大廈大大個招牌「大豐澳門冰室」，就近去試吓。餐廳要在工業大廈行入去，大大個指示牌。星期六上午，沒有什麼客人，最有特色係掛滿萬國旗。見到還可以order早餐，馬上叫咗先。菠蘿油配牛奶麥皮 $37麥皮大大碗，沒有什麼味道。兩個小菠蘿包，裏面夾住大大嚿牛油🧈；但牛油應該是植物牛油，牛油味並不突出。沙嗲牛肉通粉 $40沙嗲牛肉頗多，味道偏甜；份量也充足。香煎豬扒早餐 $42豬扒又乾又硬，唔好食，有啲偏貴。茶餐廳，當然最重要是杯奶茶，奶茶茶味濃郁，奶味比較淡。早餐感覺普普通通，可能連鎖快餐店還要好一些，比較好的是地方闊落，又有大電視。
