To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少去美心食嘢， 但見到廣告推緊早餐有龍蝦湯，於是今日就去試一試啦！叫咗一個A3餐 套餐有一塊魚柳 ，麵包但我轉咗做蘿蔔糕， 加一個龍蝦湯扭扭粉。 魚柳有驚喜 ，估唔到咁大塊 ，而且炸得剛剛好 ，唔會有好厚嘅炸粉 ，而且好脆 ，睇得出係即炸！而蘿蔔糕， 無咩特別， 好淡 。至於主角龍蝦湯扭扭粉，係食得出真係有嗰個龍蝦味，上面仲有d脆皮腸，而扭扭粉有d硬，可以再煮淋,，整體嚟講，我覺得五錯，而且32蚊，都幾抵食！另外，叫咗一個A6 都係龍蝦湯扭扭粉 `蘿蔔糕， 不過 ，魚柳變漢堡，聲稱係和牛漢堡，但聽下就好！雖然漢堡好細塊 ，但係食落好有牛味，幾好食
