To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日十一點約了去觀塘整牙 ， 因為整牙後要等兩個鐘才可以吃東西， 所以 光顧附近一間餐廳,看見仍有早餐就坐下試試， 我叫了一個腩碎紅腸米粉+脆豬+ 熱杏霜套餐 ，米粉來了，賣相雖然一般，想不到食落口， 湯底很鮮味， 令這碗米粉加分不少，不過牛腩碎就真係十分碎了，但味道都不錯，清清地又唔肥，紅腸也很好食，脆豬都幾脆，而熱杏霜就比較淡了一點， $30一個早餐,,整體而言都ok啦， 不過這間餐廳 十一點幾已經坐滿了八成人， 原來都幾受歡迎，埋單的時候還見到一些明星相，想不到咁細小的餐廳，都會有明星食客啊！ 餐牌也有很多 不同的菜式任君選擇, 下次有機會經過都可以再次光顧的。
