To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

清年假，往年 90%年假都是去旅行，2020年例外！受 COVID--19疫情影響，所有外遊取消，剩了些年假，要在HR系統清零前休假。放假，約朋友到海洋公園，我們在北角匯合，先吃個豐富的早餐，地點選在港運城内的 alfafa，原來工作日早餐時段，生意很多，差不多客滿，只剩１張最裏面的２人枱。點了２份早餐：#炒魚柳黑松露炒蛋配牛角包，我吃這個，魚柳炸漿太厚，吸了很多油，不好吃！黑松露炒蛋和牛角包都好吃！#自選３併早餐，朋友選了雞扒、腸仔、炒蛋配牛角包，應該比我的炸魚柳好味！#Latte，要加12元，挺大１杯，味道好！#熱奶茶，朋友喝這個，不用加錢，她說不及茶餐廳的好喝！總體一般的早餐！
