To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

醬雞片 (前), 單睇個樣好似普普通通, 食落又幾滑溜細膩喎!!   
醬醃豬肋肉 (後),  用上蜜汁醃料, 未有驚喜, 但味道夠哂穩當.

泡菜年糕湯, 相比喺香港嘅韓式餐廳, 呢個泡菜湯嘅辣度真係唔嘢少, 貼近韓國嘅程度.  而湯內材料都幾豐富, 除咗泡菜同年糕之外, 仲有海帶同少有又爽口嘅紅菜頭, 搞到我不停嗌辣但又不停飲!!

炒好之後, 執返個上菜樣就搞掂! 啲飯係有淡淡嘅墨汁味, 而芝士就唔係好覺. 今餐就係食埋呢個鐵板炒飯作結~

呢個$398嘅早割四人餐真係好豐富 可以一次過食哂雞、牛、豬, 份量都足夠4人食, 下次燒肉癮起就再搵OPPA啦!! 😆
