To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早早西征，坐到腰骨都直，走到市政大廈嘆個平價早餐源成興，看見最喜愛的早餐組合。有蛋、又有腸、又有飽 + 沙牛麵，絕對要食濃香的沙嗲味噗鼻而來，非常濃厚。牛肉亦不會過度鬆軟，亦不會過老而 "鞋"口麵底應該足有一大個，更是出前一丁。(內附麻油會隨餐奉上) 夠豐富。只略嫌湯底偏濃，既然本身沙嗲牛夠香，可配一個較清的湯底，配上香濃沙嗲已非常足夠。炒蛋加腸，中規中矩之作笑面予沙嗲牛麵當之無愧。凍飲只加1元，一共27元。吃飽滿足。
