另一個甜品廚師精選甜品 (Tiramisu、Sicilian “cannoli”、Panna Cotta) ,Tiramisu是本家甜品,做的輕柔而濕潤,少許酒香更令味道提升,好味;Cannoli 是源自西西里的經典甜品,很少機會遇上,中間的餡料是跟芝士有點像的Ricotta,外層炸至起泡泡是正宗手法,再填入Ricotta,簡單但很有風味;Panna Cotta略嫌太挺身,未夠軟滑。
