To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小時候，姨仔帶我和妹妹去吃台灣料理，那時候，我們常點香芋珍珠奶茶，口味也變得和她相近。一進門時聽到有台調，現在由台灣人主理嘛？現在經營成上樓cafe，想不到人客竟那麼爆場，等下單等很久，店員看上去就兩三人，忙的是，幸好忙但態度也沒有不好。師大小兵哥牛肉面42大辣的面還帶湯頭香，牛肉件不少，但我感不辣，有嚼口，感覺健康。(我角度不炸就好健痛了，可別笑我)跟餐茉香珍珠半價12今天很頸渴，所以飲品都特別要求少珍珠，茉莉花香適合清淡的朋友。台式豬軟骨滷肉飯餐47豬軟骨炆得入味，肉末味蠻香，送飯好。跟餐胚芽奶茶半價13奶茶味沒有好甜，反而順喉。台灣滋味腸26腸仔肥肉不少，煎得外皮脆脆，加上滋味粉好夾。甜不辣29聽名字聽得多，但已忘記實際是什麼，原來是粒粒墨魚餅，味道淡，吃不完。香芋珍珠26壓軸回憶味，紫色好好看，中杯份量也不少，芋味岀色。食後感：很開心久違了的仙跡岩，原來還在喔，特別有份情人節結在。價錢過了多年，沒大上落，沒有加一收費，感覺真是超值。P.S.佐敦b2岀口一分鐘就到，位置超方便呀。
