To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時至今日,酒店的F&B Outlet,不論中菜廳定還是西日餐廳,邀請客廚來獻技,已愈來愈普及。 就連我常光顧的凱悅軒,本月亦邀得北京Grand Hyatt 『長安壹號』的徐晉大師, 擔任客席主廚。 長安壹號,於老饕而言,應該未食過都聽過,我期待左呢餐地道北方佳餚好耐了。 先來的幾款小食,蒜香皇帝菜,非常之北方的前菜,爽嫩的皇帝菜以腊八蒜作調味,來得清爽醒胃。 另一款小吃,辣白菜拌鴨絲,鴨絲口感好,加埋泡過的辣白菜,辣度幾強,有如在吃韓國Kimchi。 醬香牛展,圓圓的形狀明顯是師傅下了手腳,牛展軟滑而入味,出色。 前菜都咁好,主菜有期待也很正常吧!鐵板扒蝦皇,用上緬甸大虎蝦,隻隻有我手臂咁粗,難免換來大家的嘩嘩聲,以鐵板上自當更吸引。 蝦頭多羔,蝦物肉爽彈牙,配以師傅秘制的咸香汁醬,一啖蝦肉,再呷一口芬芳白酒,不羨仙。 紅燒肉乃北方的家常菜色,加入了鮑魚,將之變得矜貴。開半的鮑魚煮得軟腍入味,然而,我始終更欣賞鬆化的紅燒肉,尤其是頂頭肥美的部份,都係果句,膽固醇萬歲~ 以前叫乞兒雞,家陣俾個好名佢,叫富貴雞,以慰借大家的玻璃心。繁複的工序不在此長氣,總之師傅扑開紅泥,掀開荷葉,陣陣香氣

雞肉嫩滑有汁唔嚡口,裡頭的蓮子、咸菜及五花腩等更是重點,而呢度扑嫩雞的菜色,準會帶給大家無盡歡笑。

地道炸醬麵固然可口,不過吃至此時,食力差既我只能完成半碗,分了一半給愛麵食的朋友。豬肉水餃是正宗的北方口味,個人十分喜歡。

店員奉上甜品餐牌,酥皮流沙盞早已成為我的囊中物,讚過N次也不在此重複,但時間限定的芝麻醬糖餅,更不可錯過,月底之後食唔番架喇~
