同好耐冇見嘅朋友約食飯,朋友話想去一間叫「桔梗」嘅餐廳食。一聽個名就以為係柑桔。上網google先知原來係一種植物。Book左六點,未到六點已經見店門口有長長的人龍。一入去,就見個樓底好高,覺得好大,好寬敞!望真d原來有兩層!爭d懷疑自己喺咪真係喺香港。香港竟然有咁大嘅地方?松露菇威士忌藍莓燉飯好特別,松露嘅香同藍莓嘅酸甜出奇地配合。真係諗唔到有咁嘅配搭呢!驚喜之作!👍🏻美國牛仔骨有三件。我同朋友三人,一人一件剛剛好。唔知係我問題定點,我同朋友都覺得好難切。本身重驚佢會冇乜肉食,點知啖啖肉,肥瘦適中,牛肉味濃,BBQ醬同肉嘅份量配合得宜,唔會太多醬或太少醬。旁邊嘅配菜亦不遜色。配菜種類都頗多。有西蘭花🥦、翠玉瓜、粟米、四季豆同埋燈籠椒。全部蔬菜都好新鮮但唔會有草青味,讚!最想推介最唔起眼但係好好食嘅薯蓉。薯蓉放喺d蔬菜嘅底,可能冇乜人會留意佢。但係我自認係薯仔嘅粉絲,所以佢逃唔過我一對法眼!呢個薯蓉望落去特別白。可能係加左牛油或者忌廉,入口特別香同滑!有侍應見我地食剩d薯蓉諗住過黎收左隻碟,我就即刻阻止,因為想食埋佢。可想而知d薯蓉係幾好味啦。特製雞中翼雖然話係前菜,但係估唔到佢有咁多

特製雞中翼雖然話係前菜,但係估唔到佢有咁多隻!重隻隻都咁大隻!雞翼皮脆肉嫩。側邊有醬汁可以點。個醬汁係是拉差。怕辣嘅朋友唔好點咁多,因為點少少已經好辣,但嗰種辣唔會令你辣到食唔到,只係為雞翼添上另一份滋味。

最後食埋個甜點就為呢一餐飯畫上完滿嘅句號啦。心太軟上撒了一些玫瑰花瓣,甜品師傅更在碟上用朱古力醬畫了一些花紋做裝飾。除此之外,還在碟上撒上了一些杏仁碎。心太軟朱古力味濃,但甜左少少。配上雲尼拿雪糕,一冷一熱,口感特別。偶爾還吃到杏仁碎粒,添了幾分口感。

我們三人各自點了一壺茶,分別是玫瑰蜜桃茶、洛神莓果茶和雲霧玉露煎茶。玫瑰蜜桃茶和洛神莓果茶味道差不多,都是酸酸甜甜的,分別不太大。而且兩者都是橙紅色。稍有不同的是玫瑰蜜桃茶有經很香的蜜桃味。雲霧玉露煎茶味道像玄米茶,味香而甘。
