之前聽朋友講喺旺角見到有間好似食私房菜既餐廳,今日終於約到上去食了。有口碑黃金脆魚皮,好大塊無乜碎濕濕,超鬆脆又鬆化!自家製造撚手墨魚片頭,好少有得食,今次仲要新鮮整好出黎,熱辣辣好好味!燒汁脆米安格斯牛粒,牛粒唔韌,另外佢係用茄子切粒一齊煮,有新意得黎又幾好食。鄉下佬炒雜菜,其實只係好普通既菜,但就炒到好有獲氣。老輝造法砵仔焗魚腸,黎到嗰時仲係到咋咋聲,面鋪左啲油炸鬼,個面焗到脆卜卜好香口。主角魚腸一啲都唔腥,同蛋既比例差唔多係一半一半。最後送左碟菠蘿比我地清清口既油膩。
