To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天想在旺角找不是飯麵的選擇，在旺角超多選擇下，作新嘗試選了通菜街這家Little Fusion。價錢超級合理，本來沒太大期望但卻反而感覺食物質素非常之高，感到極為驚喜。首先說39元的芝士雞扒午市套餐， 午市套餐含餐湯羅宋湯/忌廉湯及餐飲(凍飲也沒有加價)! 套餐薯條竟然是厚切並配以鮮茄醬而不是一般的Ketchup, 這確是非常驚喜。 羅宋湯亦很認真制作，很濃很惹味！而飲品方面除了一般的奶茶咖啡亦可選擇台式飲料。這等價錢在隔壁的花園街是沒有可能出現的，這個發現真的是一大驚喜！
