Most impressive dish would be deep-fried fish, skin fried perfectly to a golden color, crispy outside and tender inside🎣 next up is the garlic steamed scallops with vermicelli, the garlic flavor holds onto the large scallops really well🫶🏼 fat for the roasted goose were evenly distributed, with crispy shiny red skin thats not too greasy, each bite is pure bite of happiness😋 sour cabbage and sliced sea bass soup is very appetizing, we managed to finish it all within 10mins😂 shrimp taste bomb with their signature spicy chili sauce🌶️ the vermicelli fuzzy melon clam pot is also noteworthy, soup is MSG-free, goes perfectly with a bowl of rice🍚

呢間去旺角樓上舖嘅「隱世私房菜」真係不得了!地方唔算好大,但係都可以book房。提早幾日預訂啲海鮮的話會更加新鮮,仲可以特別要求多啲花款。

印象最深刻一定係油浸筍殼魚,表皮煎至金黃色,外脆內軟,入面魚肉新鮮嫩滑。其次就係,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,蒜蓉味係完全滲透落大大粒嘅扇貝,鮮味好突出。之後就係片皮鵝兩味,油脂分佈好平均,鵝皮色澤赤紅帶光澤,鬆脆甘香,油脂平均唔膩,皮肉飽滿,每啖都充滿肉汁香。酸菜煮海斑片好開胃,好快就清哂。花蝦嘅蝦肉厚實,加埋佢哋嘅招牌辣椒豉油好滿足。粉絲節瓜蜆煲值得一提係湯飲落冇味精,送飯一流。
