呢間去旺角樓上舖嘅「隱世私房菜」真係不得了!地方唔算好大,但係都可以book房。提早幾日預訂啲海鮮的話會更加新鮮,仲可以特別要求多啲花款。

印象最深刻一定係油浸筍殼魚,表皮煎至金黃色,外脆內軟,入面魚肉新鮮嫩滑。其次就係,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,蒜蓉味係完全滲透落大大粒嘅扇貝,鮮味好突出。之後就係片皮鵝兩味,油脂分佈好平均,鵝皮色澤赤紅帶光澤,鬆脆甘香,油脂平均唔膩,皮肉飽滿,每啖都充滿肉汁香。酸菜煮海斑片好開胃,好快就清哂。花蝦嘅蝦肉厚實,加埋佢哋嘅招牌辣椒豉油好滿足。粉絲節瓜蜆煲值得一提係湯飲落冇味精,送飯一流。

.已經唔係第一次幫襯,當然係因為好食,所以回頭。大部份菜式,都與之前一樣好吃,但是今晚有一道菜「薯仔牛肉粒」非常難食。這道菜的薯仔,還沒有熟,外皮不脆,中間亦不軟糯。薯仔不能吃,本來還有牛肉,但非常遺憾……廚師明顯落多了玫瑰露,令這碟餸的味道非常奇怪,根本沒辦法吃。我們有反映,但是,夥計沒有行動。雖然如此,我還是會再光顧這間店,因為除了這一碟之外,其他食物都不錯!尤其推薦「小炒王」這一個晚上吃了:豉油王鵝腸小炒王蒸雞荷葉飯欖菜骨墨魚餅虎皮尖椒紅燒豆腐薯仔牛肉粒.#ymdloveeating #ymdlovecooking #ymdlovehongkong#ymdhongkongstyle #ymdishere #ymdfood #ymdrestaurant

星期五即興約了朋友仔到旺角食晚飯,見到這間樓上鋪評價非常高,便立即打電話book位,幸好成功訂座。裝修普普通通,地方不大,但尚算坐得舒服。店內還有一間房間可以包房宴客。我們叫了一個二人餐:杏汁白肺湯、泡椒鮮筍、話梅番石榴、欖角骨、冰鎮鮑魚、清蒸龍躉脊、炒菜,大約$250 位。整體上,很有住家飯的感覺,味道不會太濃。魚蒸得不錯,魚肉加蒜蓉,蒸得好滑及有魚油的香味,時間掌握得很好。湯的味道不俗,但是不及金碧的香濃。鮑魚很彈牙,肉質不錯。不用限時間、坐得舒服、味道又不錯、價錢合理,在旺角選擇不多。下次可以試試他們的招牌菜,應該不錯。

,魚肉加蒜蓉,蒸得好滑及有魚油的香味,時間掌握得很好。湯的味道不俗,但是不及金碧的香濃。鮑魚很彈牙,肉質不錯。

不用限時間、坐得舒服、味道又不錯、價錢合理,在旺角選擇不多。下次可以試試他們的招牌菜,應該不錯。

平時出街晚餐多數是西餐,中餐的餐廳不多,今次朋友帶我到位於旺角的「如一」,上樓位置較隱閉,經過也未必留意到。點了2位餐,先上杏汁花膠白肺湯。湯色澤夠白,除了腍身的豬肺,還有養顏花膠,個湯杏汁味濃郁又滋潤,好美味。醉鮑魚酒香味適中,夠入味,而且鮑魚彈牙不會太老。咸蛋黃焗海花蝦咸蛋黃惹味香口,香脆得連蝦殼連肉可以一起食,加上花蝦肉質彈牙,相當滿足。冬天不少得的芥蘭炒臘味,臘腸、雕腸、臘肉份量幾多,油份滲入芥蘭夠入味。欖角陳皮蒸龍躉脊龍躉脊蒸得剛好,魚肉夠滑,有鹹味的欖角及陳皮香。
