旺角人多、餐廳多、美食多,今日同朋友嚟到呢間台式餐廳食晚餐,餐牌有好多款台灣小食同飲料嘅選擇,主食選擇相對起嚟唔多,最後同朋友叫咗嘉義雞肉飯($50)、古早味牛肉麵($60)、宜蘭蔥餡餅($28)、手工綜合芋圓($45)。嘉義雞肉飯,將雞肉撕成絲狀,雞肉份量都算多,淋上蔥油,配有炸過的洋蔥同醃蘿蔔片,將所有材料混合整成拌飯,整體配合起嚟不過不失。古早味牛肉麵,選用左牛展肉,牛肉有三大塊,份量都多,肉質軟嫩,七分熟左右。麵屬粗身,口感彈力,好食!宜蘭蔥餡餅,煎到外脆呈金黃色,賣相好吸引,咬落餡料仲保留到肉汁,但蔥味略嫌唔夠突出。手工綜合芋圓係今晚我同我朋友心目中的No.1!底下有刨冰,配有芋圓、紅豆、綠豆、珍珠、仙草等配料。手工芋圓大大粒,有芋頭、紫薯、甜薯三種口味,芋頭同番薯味都好突出,好好食!
