To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到旺角想飲下午茶，又唔想同人逼同限時行刻，有時都幾怕去茶餐廳，因為食完想坐多陣好似有啲尷尬，想休閒可以試下呢間元氣壽司。下午茶餐平均60至70蚊連埋加一，有主食有小食又有茶飲，啱我。我就揀自選壽司六件，味道正常。再加一個茶碗蒸，用料有蟹柳帶子同蝦，蛋蒸得好滑，熱度足夠。最重要係坐得舒服，又可以飲茶食酸薑，又可以慢慢坐，感覺自在。
