To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友食飯, 諗住食得特別d, 係門口見呢間都有縛多人食,而且又有pizza, 焗薯, 飯, 意粉, 都幾多選擇, 大家share黎食就可以試多d野喇!pizza其實得4款, 差唔多100蚊一個有點貴, 但d材料都算多, 而且係用意大利芝士, 再加上有個火爐仔有得點蕃茄汁, 係幾得意嘅, 如果唔點汁就會食到好香d芝士味, 如果點汁就會多咗一個層次, 酸酸甜甜好開胃, 由於個火爐係一路滾住, 同埋個蕃茄汁係真係有蕃茄蓉, 所以最後就算個pizza食晒, 都可以將個汁留湯飲埋落肚, 仲有原來可以加8蚊轉厚批, 可惜食完先知間野寫自己係焗薯專門店, 所以我們都叫咗個濃牛肉汁拌燒紐西蘭芝士牛柳配酸忌廉焗薯, 朋友好鐘意食芝士, 所以呢碟差唔多俾佢食晒, 睇圖就知係有幾多芝士汁了, 牛柳比較淋, 加上的唔係特別鐘意芝士, 所以好唔好食就因人而異喇...個焗薯都算大個, 上面有好大pat 酸忌廉, 咁食落肚都幾飽下, 所以食食下我地都撥走d酸忌廉, 就咁落少少餐廳提供果樽焗薯海鹽就已經能夠帶出薯仔本身嘅甜味, 清清地都好好味初時睇落兩個餐好似好少野食咁, 但食咗一半已經開始有點食唔落,幸好有杯蘋
