To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎既呢間燒肉店，除左燒肉之外仲有醬油被醬油蟹，但我係為左個和牛拼盤而黎，下次先試醬油蟹😆$458就可以試齊10款唔同部位既肉，每個部位2-3片，上枱既時候店員會係你面前落鹽。日本A4背峰肉、日本A4上腦肉、日本A4牛肉眼、1++韓國肉眼都超正🤩油脂豐富，牛味香濃，又keep到肉質，用菜包住食就唔怕膩～爐邊泡菜蛋都好正，不過要加錢refill另外叫左個雞肉石鍋拌飯，雞肉有4大片，上面鋪滿蒜茸，個飯仲要勁多飯蕉，超正👍🏻飲品我地叫左蜂蜜原漿米酒輕飲一下，店員會係杯酒上會放一支蜂蜜糖，甜甜地好易入口
