旺角依間點心專門店打住牛肉世家既名號,所以招牌菜上面每一樣嘢食都係牛,我哋一場嚟到當然都唔執輸,試吓佢嘅牛肉出品。蒸點同埋煎炸野我哋都有叫到。乾蒸牛肉燒賣,牛肉口感都幾鬆軟,呢個鬆係好食有肉汁嗰種,咬入去仲有大大粒馬蹄,增添左啲唔同嘅口感。呢個煎牛餅對我來講就油左啲,比較似炸點。佢個外圍係脆卜卜嘅,咬開都有好多粟米粒係牛肉餅入邊,味道不錯。講開炸嘢,介紹埋另外一個特色點心 - 蜜瓜炸鮮奶。炸鮮奶食過,蜜瓜味嘅就比較少見。外層脆皮,入邊係甜甜軟軟好似布甸質感嘅蜜瓜鮮奶,食落仲暖粒粒添!相信如果佢出蜜瓜牛奶糕都一樣會好好食~依度嘅春卷都唔係傳統嘅春卷,入面嘅餡料係煙三文魚、芥末沙律汁同青瓜,我個人就比較鍾意傳統春卷味道多啲。最後由於依餐係晚餐嘅關係,我哋都叫咗個飯黎飽肚啲~份量都幾多夠兩人分享(有兩隻鳳爪呢)鳳爪係好林嘅,好容易吐晒啲骨出嚟。排骨就唔會太林,保留返肉既質感。而且餐廳好細心咁 將豉油另上,可以因應自己嘅口味調節咸淡~好彩我哋食飯時間比較早,一入去就有位。但食完飯出嚟見到門口已經有好多人等緊位,似乎都有好多人欣賞佢嘅點心呢!

依度嘅春卷都唔係傳統嘅春卷,入面嘅餡料係煙三文魚、芥末沙律汁同青瓜,我個人就比較鍾意傳統春卷味道多啲。
