今日就去左位於通菜街既小草十八怪石鍋米線,估唔到原來都幾正!瑤柱蒜蓉海鮮荷葉飯:配料非常豐富,分別有蝦、魚肉片、蟹柳、魷魚圈、扇貝,海鮮都好新鮮! 至於荷葉飯蒸得好香,加埋蒜蓉同豉油,成件事都好夾,非常好食!肉骨茶:肉骨茶既食法同車仔麵一樣,可以自選配料,好岩咩都想試既我。今次我就叫左封門牛肉、雞肉、娃娃菜、蘿蔔同紅燒牛肚。牛肉同雞肉都新鮮嫩滑,至於牛肚就幾入味。蘿蔔都好鮮甜。肉骨茶湯底帶有陣陣藥材味,幾好食。蒜蓉燒茹子:茹子燒得好香,加埋蒜蓉同醬汁非常惹味。同埋茹子比想像中大條,好滿足。蒜蓉燒扇貝:扇貝嘅肉質爽口鮮甜,蒜蓉又多哂香,好正!串燒:我叫左不章魚鬚同雞肉串燒。串燒全部都係即叫即燒,肉質嫩滑又入味。原來餐廳係全港第一間有鹿肉食既米線店,下次真係要好好試下鹿肉!
