今日難得放假,黎到旺角行街買野,行到餓餓地,就想搵好耐無食過既燒味飯食。呢間鼎記好似都開左一排,但從來無食過,見到入面咁多人,我都排埋一份!雖然係食中式燒味車仔面粥品,但裝潢絕不輸蝕。呢到車仔面、粥、燒味飯都齊全。我就叫左個燒味三拼飯,燒腩仔、燒鴨、頭抽豉油雞脾。份量好足,有時出面食既雙拼三拼,份量係等同單拼,不過就有兩款燒味,價錢就收足,相當呃秤。呢到就份份咁多,絕無欺詐。而且調味料亦上足:油雞配蔥油、燒腩仔配芥辣、燒鴨配酸梅醬,是但少左一樣就等於食炸雞唔食雞皮、食pizza唔食餅底,咁同一條無靈魂、無夢想既咸魚有咩分別!?有啲餐廳叫佢比酸梅醬夠膽死收我錢!呢啲應該唔洗講都一定要有!講返啲燒味,燒腩仔皮好脆,而且件件都係半肥瘦,唔會話有幾舊淨係得脂肪,見到都唔開胃。腩仔亦唔會太咸,唔會話食完好口渴要狂灌水。油雞好嫩滑唔會老,亦無見血色,食落安心又放心。叫燒味仲會送碗中湯,飲落唔飲味精。另外想講既係佢地餐具好有特色,大家見到呢隻公雞有無啲懷念呢?最後埋單87蚊,食一餐燒味價錢唔算好平,但我覺得以呢個份量同質素黎講,絕對合理,唔信大家去試下就知!

講返啲燒味,燒腩仔皮好脆,而且件件都係半肥瘦,唔會話有幾舊淨係得脂肪,見到都唔開胃。腩仔亦唔會太咸,唔會話食完好口渴要狂灌水。
