To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上和女朋友以及兩個朋友約了在這家潮州菜酒樓吃飯!之前就聽說這間的潮州菜非同凡響,這不這次就來試一試!最好吃的還當屬四寶片皮雞這是我吃過最好最好吃的手撕雞!完全沒有一點骨頭,雞皮香脆入口回味無窮!正道菜顏值也非常的出色,手撕雞肉製富有彈性,肉中還加了些花生和葡萄乾,甚是新奇!店家說這可是鎮店之寶,怪不得那麼好吃!梅菜炆扣肉,口感香而不膩,最快被吃完的一道菜,肉和梅菜都很美味龍穿虎肚,一聽到這個菜名就知道不簡單,此菜製作工藝不可輕視最裡面是豬肉,中間是鰻魚肉,最外面套著豬大腸,很有層次感也很用心,印象非常深刻。吃完一卷再配上青口的青蘿蔔卷非常解膩!個人覺得最漂亮的一道菜肯定是錦繡四拼盤!雖然是潮汕滷水拼盤,但店家把它做到了極致!整體來說,味道真的令人難忘,尤其是手撕雞!下次還會再來!

這是我吃過最好最好吃的手撕雞!
完全沒有一點骨頭,雞皮香脆入口回味無窮!正道菜顏值也非常的出色,手撕雞肉製富有彈性,肉中還加了些花生和葡萄乾,甚是新奇!店家說這可是鎮店之寶,怪不得那麼好吃!
