To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍱餐廳：蘇媽.蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室🏫地址：旺角上海街618號地下GO1號舖朋友住旺角，簡簡單單聚一聚，呢間馬來餐廳夠晒方便，港鐵旺角站 A2 出口，步行約2分鐘就可以到👍～招牌砂煲老鼠粉$84份量足，有鑊氣，一上枱就已經聞到好香嘅魚乾味及蛋味，銀針粉好彈牙，配料也豐富，有很多調味適宜的肉碎，仲有魚乾、蝦米等，加埋啲蔥花撈埋一齊嚟食好惹味🤗～海南鴛鴦燒麵包$48朱古力麵包烘得時間剛剛好，夠脆又不硬，口感佳，上下兩層的中間加咗鮮牛油和咖央醬，好味呀🤗～馬拉沙嗲串燒三串$48我哋揀咗豬牛雞各一串，肉新鮮juicy，點花生香味濃郁的沙嗲醬係Perfect match😋～斑斕椰絲卷$52外皮質感柔軟，能感覺到係新鮮製造，有香濃的斑斕椰子味，入口陣陣椰香，是美味的馬拉特色甜品，非常值得一試😊總括嚟講，呢度嘅咖央多士真係冇得輸，招牌砂煲老鼠粉超級惹味，其他小食也不錯，想試正宗馬拉菜就記得去試吓😍
