Restaurant: The Trafalgar Brewing Company

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路過旺角想到清吧飲酒兼吃少少東西，這店沒有太嘈雜的音樂，燈光又暗暗的便進內試試。原來有提供正常晚餐set，價錢也很大眾化。廚師沙律算有誠意，有雜菜，青瓜，車厘茄、火腿、蛋、粟米及洋蔥配千島沙律醬，沙律也加入了些酸汁，吃了很開胃。煙三文魚披薩，配有蕃茄醬、煙三文魚、燈籠椒、蕃茄，洋蔥及水牛芝士，賣相不錯很正宗，披薩即叫即焗上枱脹卜卜，三文魚大大片，餅底薄身脆口，可惜有一邊過於燶底吃不了。當晚酒吧只提供Trafalgar House Draught Beer，味道較淡麻麻地，但Happy Hour價就試試無妨。
