第一次幫襯烤魚工房是在元朗店,覺得好正宗和地道,可以媲美深圳探魚的烤魚 ,而且好抵吃,原來旺角都有分店,緊係要試吓啦!店子氣氛很熱鬧,愈夜愈多人排隊,超多年輕人幫襯, 是年輕人必打卡網紅熱點店。🔥錫紙花甲$49~ 花甲肉質爽滑彈牙,勁多蒜頭和蔥, 以粉絲墊底,少辣,很惹味。今晚揀了鮮青椒味烤魚(江團魚)$329~配料加入紅椒,湖南椒,麻椒, 蔥花,芽菜和洋蔥,雖然揀了少麻少辣口味, 但湯底越滾越麻辣,真係越食越過癮。江團魚肉質很嫩滑,入哂味,好正!所有配菜$20, 蔬菜類揀了金針菇,萵筍片禾娃娃菜,材料新鲜,放在湯底愈耐愈入味。海苔響玲入面捲住海苔,索滿湯汁很美味。手工麵爽口細滑,最重要浸滿麻麻辣辣的湯汁,勁惹味。至尊水果茶$43~ 份量十足,有蘋果,橙,西瓜,藍莓,火龍果和奇異果, 茶味配上新鮮水果,很清甜可口。芒果沙冰$39~泰國青芒果切成粒狀,又爽口又清香,配沙冰十分解渴。
