To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角的印尼餐廳 Restoran Indonesia Kampung Kita,讓我的味蕾經歷了一場異國之旅。招牌菜牛仔骨,這道菜以其獨特的搭配令人印象深刻,牛仔骨肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配著香脆的蝦片、爽口的青瓜和酸甜的番茄,每一口都是對味覺的一次探索。接著是細粒牛丸湯米,牛丸彈牙且肉香,湯底濃郁而不油膩,讓人回味。沙嗲羊肉串則是另一道讓我驚喜的佳肴,羊肉串烤得恰到好處,外焦裡嫩,搭配上特制的沙嗲醬,香辣中帶著一絲絲甜味,非常開胃。蔬菜方面,我選擇了馬拉盞菜心,菜心烹飪得恰到好處,保留了蔬菜的清脆口感,馬拉盞醬的加入則為這道菜增添了一抹獨特的風味。仙草椰汁冰,非常大杯,仙草的滑嫩與椰汁的清甜相結合,冰爽解膩。上菜速度也很快,餐廳的環境溫馨舒適,是朋友小聚或家庭聚餐的好去處。
