終於食到呢間人氣良心居酒屋,知佢難book所以平日放假lunch time去,估唔到都近乎滿座,大家記得訂枱呀。一入去已經見到好多文宣,地下嗰層係吧台同廚房,二樓有較多座位。午市定食第二客半價較抵,但我地一心試佢嘅招牌菜就單點。🍽三重芝士吉列千層豚肉 Triple Cheese Tonkatsu in Layers ($228)千層豚肉即係幾塊豚肉包住芝士再炸,一夾就有拉絲嘅效果,可見落左幾多芝士,非常邪惡。豚肉肥瘦均勻,炸衣都唔厚,由於佢太足料,食一兩舊已有啲膩,建議三四人分享,同埋佢即叫即製,都等得比較耐。🍽極上鹽燒牛舌芯 Superior Beef Tongue with Salt ($108)
好多人推薦嘅菜式,牛舌芯六七粒,好似骰子咁厚,肉味濃又爽口,可加檸檬汁、海鹽同柚子蓉調味,但本身鹹味都好足。🍽蓬鬆玉子 Fluffy Egg ($98)蛋控朋友指名要試,其實就係玉子燒包芝士,再淋上燒汁、沙律醬同蔥粒,味道同大阪燒差唔多。玉子燒切開後呈半流心好滑嫩,芝士份量多但偏淡,醬汁味道較突出。
