To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗旺角洗衣街嘅Oppa Korean Restaurant食韓式燒肉，一入到去，裝修已經好有Feel，好似去咗韓國燒肉店咁，牆上面仲畫咗啲好有趣嘅壁畫，成個氣氛超級有韓國風情。我哋試咗佢哋嘅招牌牛氣沖天和牛拼盤，真係名副其實！拼盤嘅碟係牛形狀，好得意，入面有九款牛肉，包括美國、日本、韓國同澳洲嘅和牛，當中有美國上肩胛肉、美國牛小排、日本A4背峰肉、1++韓牛肉眼等等。每一款牛肉嘅油花都靚到唔捨得食，燒起上嚟香噴噴，啲油脂溶喺口入面，真係滿足感爆燈！而且燒肉嗰個爐火力好猛，燒出嚟嘅牛肉外脆內嫩，配返啲生菜包住食，真係一流，完美中和咗牛肉嘅油膩感。除咗燒肉，我哋仲叫咗一碗韓式海鮮湯，入面有鮮蝦、魷魚、蜆同青口，湯底辣辣地，好開胃！最後飲咗佢哋嘅原隻菠蘿冰，菠蘿味道好鮮甜，清新消暑，完美為一餐畫上句號！
