疫情之後都好耐冇試過打邊爐,今日行開旺角就去咗打邊爐,一坐低就叫咗個芫荽皮蛋同埋沙嗲湯底。打邊爐當然要食牛肉啦,佢哋啲牛肉雪花分布真係幾好,油脂好均勻。另外仲叫咗龍躉皮同埋黃喉,個龍躉皮真係冇得彈,碌幾秒就食得爽滑彈牙,黃喉好亦都好彈牙。打邊爐當然唔少得四寶丸,手打牛肉丸、蝦丸 、墨魚丸、鯪魚丸,好我自己覺得最好味就係手打牛肉丸,真係食得出係自己打嘅。叫左枝啤酒,當然要叫埋豬皮同埋竹笙,竹笙佢處理得幾乾淨,另外鮮炸響鈴有紫菜都幾特別,碌1秒已經啱啱好。另外仲叫埋五款餃,鳳城水餃、鮮蝦雲吞、韭菜餃、黃金蛋包蝦餃,我覺得最有驚喜就係個黃金蛋包蝦餃,我出面都未試過食到,食埋個蔬菜拼盤就飽到已經食唔落其他嘢。

打邊爐當然唔少得四寶丸,手打牛肉丸、蝦丸 、墨魚丸、鯪魚丸,好我自己覺得最好味就係手打牛肉丸,真係食得出係自己打嘅。
