To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友今日想食燒肉，我地去左位於旺角洗衣街117號建煌華廈地舖的OPPA韓國燒肉店用膳，環境舒適，裝修雅緻，坐得舒服。我地點左個牛氣沖天和牛拼盆 $458（超值價），韓式海鮮湯 $108，消暑兄弟的原隻菠蘿冰 $78。牛氣沖天和牛拼盆有齊和牛各部份，包括牛舌、牛頸脊、牛肉眼、上腦肉、背峰肉、下肩胛、上肩胛肉、及牛小排；店員在開左爐後，就倒入蛋漿製作泡菜蛋，爐熱後，我地一邊食燒肉，一邊食泡菜蛋（蛋味濃郁嫩滑）。韓式海鮮湯材料豐富，有蝦、蜆、八爪魚鬚及蔬菜，湯底鮮甜惹味；原隻菠蘿冰賣相吸引，有新鮮菠蘿肉，好好飲。
