今日行過旺角食lunch,經過《立鮨》想食壽司🍣,平時晚上總是要排隊,今日下午比較少人於是便入去試吓先餐廳地方不是太大,原來之前係立食嘅餐廳已經變成有座位的,座位全是吧檯形式,客人可以用QR code點餐🍣燒蝦頭🦐味噌湯🥣燒過嘅蝦頭放入味噌湯內煮,味噌湯充滿蝦頭香味,份外濃郁🍣大滿足海膽特盛(迷你)雖然細細碗海膽飯,但海膽份量一D都吾少野,海膽味道濃郁又creamy,非常滿足呀😋🍣原隻活赤貝壽司大大隻活赤貝,厚肉又爽脆,仲非常鮮甜🍣中吞拿魚腩壽司略嫌大拖羅過分油膩,所以個人比較喜歡吃中拖羅,中拖羅油份適中而無筋,入口即溶魚味濃郁🥰🍣火炙松葉蟹腳壽司松葉蟹腳已經好好味,仲要經過火炙🔥,蟹味更香❤️🍣火炙左口魚邊壽司經過火炙嘅左口魚,把油脂逼哂出嚟分外香,滿口魚油甘香,好好食呀😍🍣火炙北海道帶子壽司少少焦香,帶子口感爽彈又鮮甜🍣三文魚子軍艦三文魚子多到滿瀉,粒粒分明,晶瑩通透,夠鮮味👍🏻🍣三文魚腩壽司三文魚腩夠新鮮肥美❤️特別一提呢度嘅壽司飯係用咗赤醋飯,唔使點醬油都好夠味道,讚👍🏻

略嫌大拖羅過分油膩,所以個人比較喜歡吃中拖羅,中拖羅油份適中而無筋,入口即溶魚味濃郁🥰

松葉蟹腳已經好好味,仲要經過火炙🔥,蟹味更香❤️
