To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過開太子都會見到呢間韓國燒肉店，平時都會見到好多人排隊，今次終於同男朋友去食，店內充滿韓式街頭風，不停播住KPOP，超有氣氛❤️一坐低店員就會送上芽菜、海帶、泡菜、蘿蔔同生菜，全部都可以任添😍另外，仲會加入泡菜粒同蛋漿製作爐邊蛋，蛋香濃郁得黎又嫩滑😚牛氣沖天和牛拼盤🥩 分別有美國上肩胛肉、美國牛小排、美國下肩胛、日本A4背峰肉、日本A4上腦肉、日本A4牛肉眼、1++韓牛肉眼、澳洲和牛頸脊同澳洲和牛舌，一次過試哂9款和牛😍每款牛肉都各有千秋，最好食梗係1++韓牛肉眼，油脂分佈好平均，食落入口即溶，牛脂味十足🤤🤤其他和牛肉質都好細嫩，每啖都充滿肉汁，真係食到停唔到口，仲可以用生菜包住食更有口感，中意食牛肉嘅朋友仔唔好錯過牛肋骨湯好足料，入面有牛肋骨肉、蘿蔔同蜜棗，牛肋肉煮得好軟腍，食落啖啖肉，而蘿蔔就好清甜🥰菠羅冰🍍好香嘅菠蘿沙冰，超重菠蘿味，夏天飲開胃得黎又解渴😝
