今晚同朋友一齊去一間韓國餐廳食韓燒,餐廳位於商場嘅地方裝修10分華麗。選擇非常之多的韓燒餐廳~我地叫左1頭豬韓燒套餐,食勻豬所有部份,分別係豬大腸、護心肉、豬頸肉、五花肉同豬皮,各部分口感不同,各有特色。護心肉是每頭豬只產出200克左右的珍貴部位,無油柔軟且多筋道,口感勁道是其特點。豬頸肉在肌纖維束之間有厚厚的肌內脂肪。 淺粉紅色的瘦肉上鑲嵌著大理石紋路看起來很有食欲。而前菜亦相當出色,泡菜、醃製白蘿白十分惹味,以最令我喜出望外既喺邊吃邊嗰兩條深具特色嘅雞蛋,泡菜雞蛋同芝士蛋吸收哂充滿肉汁精華,替今餐起左點精作用。我哋仲叫咗藍梅梳打同埋柚子梳打,非常清新~最後用韓國士多啤梨雪條作結,完美的韓燒~
