朋友說早前經過朗豪坊附近,被一間招牌奪目的居酒屋吸引,於是今晚相約一試。餐廳內空間尚算寬敞,所以就算人多也不會過份嘈雜。以漬物盛(三品)為前菜,好好開胃為繼續品嚐其他美食作好準備。炸雞軟骨粒,熱騰騰上桌,份量多,皮薄而脆,佐酒一流👍🏻 蟹籽沙律,好喜歡吃這種青瓜絲加蟹柳絲的沙律,加上粒粒蟹籽,又夠凍,一下子被我吃光!吃日本菜怎能缺少刺身!鱸魚薄切刺身,師傅刀功了得,每塊都薄如紙,鮮味十足!天婦羅蝦反卷,內𥚃天婦羅蝦熱騰騰,外面飯卷輕輕煎過,有點脆脆感覺。最期待的日本蠔,又大又新鮮!有點衝動想多點一隻!鯖魚,啖啖肉,加上檸檬汁提升魚味。燒芝士年糕,和其他炸芝士年糕不同,更添煙韌感!我們還點了多款串燒一嚐,厚厚牛舌、雞翼、青椒仔和冬菇,要燒得香但又不會乾,是串燒最高境界!最後還點了餐廳自家製魚湯烏冬,魚湯味濃但絕不會腥,烏冬彈牙,為全晚畫上完美句號。
