To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午時分，旺角成條街勁多人，行完兆萬中心，過左對面2/F嗌番個外賣番公司食。 上到去，地方好大，但人流唔算多，眼見好多人食飽都坐多陣抖抖。出餐算快，下單10-15分鐘後就可以拎。 每次黎親【雲桂香】，我都嗌「重慶酸辣紅薯粉」小辣，湯底濃郁惹味，仲有花生、榨菜、芫茜等搭配起來口感非常好。今次我另加了$9 的豬膶，爽口偏薄，味道唔太出眾，尚可接受。
