旺角T.O.P.一直係後生潮人地,今日和朋友行街係四樓食個lunch。鐵板牛肋肉 $78鐵板上,中間係白飯,旁邊有芽菜,甘筍絲,菠菜,洋蔥,主角牛肋肉,日式蒜蓉汁。配菜預先淋左汁,好好味。牛肋肉牛味超濃,最岩我地中意食牛肉的人,配埋個蒜蓉汁,送飯一流!配味噌湯和冬菇絲,個湯中規中矩,冬菇絲好香好軟好好味。豚肉燒 $68生配料上,自己燒。唔使驚唔會做,因為有教程放定係檯面,傻瓜式跟住做就ok。將配料撈渾,倒落鐵板煎,得閑翻下,將豚肉放旁邊一起煎熟,做好後放醋醬,沙律醬同木魚絲,大功告成!做好後效果超專業!自己做,食得令舍開心!如果唔想自己動手,可以坐吧檯睇住師傅做,一樣有得睇有得食!
