昨天終於再次品嘗到了星馬菜,和朋友來到了旺角的這家餐廳用餐。餐廳的環境很明亮,椅子很特別,是透明的塑料椅。星加坡辣椒炒蟹肉配饅頭 $168螃蟹肉已經剝好殼,配上辣椒醬汁,辣味不算強烈,一共有四塊油炸饅頭,口感酥脆,配上香濃醬汁。檳城大蝦炒粿條 $118星馬的經典菜式之一,大蝦一共有三隻,肉質彈牙,粿條嫩滑加上蛋絲、豆芽、韭菜、洋蔥等配料,增添爽脆口感,可惜有點太鹹。美祿咖央烤吐司 $78吐司表面灑上滿滿美綠粉和朱古力醬,中間加入牛油和咖央醬,香甜濃郁。虎咬獅 $46表面灑上美祿粉,入口順滑。椰皇 $42椰漿的味道清甜,適合在炎炎夏日飲用。
