近排鐘意左睇一個台灣飲食節目-型男大主廚,其中一集介紹明太子料理。心動之下就揾下香港有無得食,咁就揾到黎呢度。唔揾過真係唔知單單一款食材就可以有咁多變化。因為訂左位嘅關係,一黎到就可以入座。因為係明太子專門店所以店內都有唔同嘅明太子製品,食完可以根據口味買返屋企慢慢嘆。樓上鋪嘅好處就係環境優雅嘅,而且牆身用左幾面大鏡增加左室內嘅空間感。先黎係雙併明太子。因為一打開餐牌就見到佢無理由唔落單的吧。原味同燒過嘅味道上分別不大,都係咸咸香香中帶點辛辣。但燒過嘅明太子除左焦香味突出之外仲較易成塊夾起,方便我呢啲唔係咁識用筷子嘅人。呢道嘅味道最好配啤酒做下酒菜,單食的話覺得咸左少少。之後係呢度嘅招牌菜之一灌湯蛋卷。真係超多汁食落鬆軟蛋味幾出。明太子餡嘅味道唔會太強恰到好處,得到朋友嘅一致好評。牡蠣奶油鍋都係好食之選。奶油湯香濃飲落都唔覺好油膩,加上明太子同牡蠣溶左入湯度大大提升左湯嘅層次同味道。而入面嘅豆腐西蘭花同金針茹吸晒湯同牡蠣嘅精華,非常惹味。明太子烏冬用左卡邦尼意粉嘅做法,都係一個幾唔錯嘅煮法。食落烏冬比意粉更易吸味。但明太子唔夠多味道淡左啲。所以我地趁機會試下呢度嘅MENTASCO明太酢
