今晚同朋友嚟到這間餐廳吃晚飯,原來大有來頭,是在福岡明太子的名店(FUKUYA)開設的餐廳,主打明太子,所以,今晚一定要吃明太子的餸菜。這間是在樓上鋪的,在大堂已經見到了水牌上到樓上見到好大的“鱈卵屋”招牌,但好似見唔到門口, 原來在右手邊,是木門 ,不是開放式,所以不太顯眼,但一推門,就有個好友善的店員招待我們。店內好簡潔,用了橙紅色為主色,好搶眼,坐位不是太多,大約30多個座位。坐下後,發現店舖還有外賣手信,好特別這裏除了餐牌,還有一本介紹餐廳的歴史,真是好少見,餐廳只由晚上6點營業,所以關門都較夜,有宵夜餐牌,更加抵食。睇咗餐牌,真是好多明 太子的食物。我們點了~~三文魚西京燒 有點微咸,但 肉質一絲絲,質地實實的,好味,京燒的味道好香口。牡蠣明太子奶油鍋 餐廳用了,gas 爐送上,保持奶油鍋的熱度,除了大大隻的牡蠣,仲有好多配料,有豆腐,大蒜,西蘭花,金菇,甘荀,黃芽白,每樣都好新鮮,食落每樣蔬菜都感覺好甜,豆腐很滑,好有豆味。奶油湯底,好香,好似飲緊豆漿,好滑,牡蠣好肥味,唔腥,好鮮味.好想飲晒全碗湯.鱈卵碗~三文魚配油甘魚(big) 三文魚和油金魚,切開細細粒,容易入口,有

第二種食法可加上餐廳提供的6種配料,有芝麻,䓤,紫菜,wasabi...我就加了芝麻和紫菜,和飯撈一起吃。有多了唔同層次的味道。覺得好香口,加咗紫菜,又似食梗壽司咁。

仲有第三種食法,就是餐廳特製日式上湯,餐廳已預備了一壺熱已煮好的上湯,倒落飯到,好似湯飯一樣。
雖然沖淡了芝麻,紫菜味。但多了魚的鮮味,甜甜地,撈埋飯一起吃,就像吃梗魚湯飯一樣。
之後店員跟我們說這上湯是福魚精,餐廳有售福魚精的手信。我們便二話不說買了一包,可以自己嘗試煮

福魚精~~福魚的精華,用了錫紙袋包裝,裏面有10多包獨立包裝。完全無化學調味料。用法包裝有詳細說明,若2人份量只需用1包湯包加500毫升水再滾兩分鐘,取出湯包便成。好簡單。好有鮮魚味。真的和餐廳的日式上湯一樣.

下次去日本都要試下間總店先,heehee
