Miss Fire Turkey is opened by the managers from HK entertainment companies. She is focused on traditional cart noodles and the price is quite high in Kwun Tong. The spicy sauce and pig intestines are the highlight and performed best in the restaurant. The miced beef soup is quite special in HK and the beef texture is soft enough, with the cartilage the texture contrast is quite good and the soup is neutral enough.
