To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 眾所週知,華星冰室係由一眾明星夾份開設既茶餐廳。入邊嘅餸菜都名字都比較有特色,例如校長多士、重口味一丁、撻沙一丁、森美滷水雞髀等。門口多數都會有條人龍,但流量都算好快,唔駛等好耐就入得。鮮牛肉通粉,味道認真一般,湯底冇特別但通粉過腍,而牛肉又過鞋,總之可以唔洗再叫。鹹牛肉蛋餅重口味出前一丁,所謂重口味湯底,即係番茄湯。蛋餅嘅鹹牛肉味唔太出,但都算係出面比較少見既配料,如果鹹牛肉份量可以多少少,咁就好喇。豬扒包,豬扒都算厚,香茅味好重,但食落味道偏偏又好淡。唔juicy唔嫩滑,口感仲有少少鞋,都真係麻麻地。如果想慕名黎睇下明星相,都可以試下,但就唔好期望太多了。唯一可取是店員友善有禮,比一般茶記高質!

鮮牛肉通粉,味道認真一般,湯底冇特別但通粉過腍,而牛肉又過鞋,總之可以唔洗再叫。

如果想慕名黎睇下明星相,都可以試下,但就唔好期望太多了。唯一可取是店員友善有禮,比一般茶記高質!
