To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想食魚,又不想自己煮,所以去漁樂,聽説這裏的明爐烏頭幾好味,就試試吧! 有冬陰功湯或泰式兩個選擇,點了泰式明爐烏頭,加配了魚湯娃娃菜,另外加配了泰式烤豬頸肉小食。點完菜,才發現這裡有提供椰青,即刻落單,很幸運還剩最後一個,$25一個超值!超市都未必買到,難怪末到七點已沽清。泰式豬頸肉上枱,肉質肥美而不膩,入口肉汁豐富,娃娃菜配了不少杞子,有益又健康,魚湯都很鮮甜美味! 明爐烏頭到了,新鮮滾熱辣,烏頭很厚身,魚湯加上泰式酸汁,還有芫茜和椒絲,混和著魚一起吃,微酸辣很配合烏頭的質感,開胃而增進食欲,一啖湯一啖魚吃,滋味而温暖,$115性價比很高!吃完,還添加一杯檸汁雪碧,美滿而豐足的一頓晚餐就這樣完成了。
