To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當年的盛況,實在只是從傳媒和朋友口中得知,未能親自體會。 由於怕等,首次到訪加太賀,已是開業後幾年,還以為顧客熱情已減,實在不然。取籌之後,始終沒有耐性等兩小時,結果仍是望門興嘆,無緣入座,轉場去也。

首次去吃飯已是五、六年前了。之後如有朋友聚會,尤其十多廿人的聚餐都不時想起加太賀,因為地方夠大,還有和式房間,人多特别有氣氛! 而且價錢優惠,食物水準穩定,服務不錯!

雖然與當年不可同日而語, 但在餐飲業競爭激烈的香港,能夠䇄立近廿載,已殊不簡單!

欣賞新食肆的創意十足,喜歡餐廳的推陳出新,同時老字號的貢献也絕對不能抹煞!

感恩香港餐飲界的努力不懈,百花齊放,誠 "為食一族" 之福也!
