之前試過尖沙咀分店食lunch,今晚近近哋帶媽咪嚟試吓銅鑼灣分店。星期二嘅晚上6點,已經坐咗差不多40%,好多人仲已經燒緊食物,超級快手!呢度嘅裝修同尖沙咀差唔多,背後都係有個大魚缸,好有日本居酒屋嘅風味,播住輕快嘅日文快歌,唔講真係以為自己去咗日本蟹子蟹肉薯仔沙律 ($78)看似平平無奇嘅薯仔沙律入面加咗一絲絲嘅蟹肉及青瓜,配合一點點嘅蟹子,整體口感徘徊在似蓉又絲之間,非常開胃!原條伊佐木 ($328)係今日新鮮運到,分薄切同厚切,肉色白裡透紅,食落唔會太多魚油,魚味幾濃,入口有啲爽脆帶彈性甜蝦刺身 ($68)口感黏黏帶彈牙,味道甘甜壽司盛盒 ($268)有10件壽司加6件青瓜卷,全部都新鮮,開頭擔心海膽會腥,但食落都好香滑!白蛤磯燒 ($45)蜆肉大大粒,喺燒到開蓋後加入清酒及醬油磯燒,肉質鮮嫩,食落仲有啲啲海水味大蝦鬼殼磯燒 ($116)見到都哇一聲,每隻都大過手板!燒完有焦香,但又有鮮蝦嗰種濃郁味道,肉質好彈牙,仲好肉厚!蟹味噌甲羅燒 ($68)店員將鵪鶉蛋、蟹籽、蟹肉及蟹膏撈勻後就開始燒,瞬間已經燒好,食落有脆卜卜嘅蟹籽及清新嘅青瓜絲,好有層次,感覺上亦都冇咁膩三文魚雜菇牛油
蟹子蟹肉薯仔沙律 ($78)
看似平平無奇嘅薯仔沙律入面加咗一絲絲嘅蟹肉及青瓜,配合一點點嘅蟹子,整體口感徘徊在似蓉又絲之間,非常開胃!

三文魚雜菇牛油燒 ($48)
三文魚嘅魚油豐富,加埋雜菇一齊煮都唔洗落好多牛油,反而overall三文魚油嘅味道比牛油更突出,所以食完之後都唔會覺得好油膩;三文魚好嫩滑,夾住啲菇一齊食簡單但好滿足!
