To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【尖沙咀】大都烤鴨 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻好多年無喺無香港食烤鴨，要食到質素高嘅真係買少見少。猶豫咗嗌半隻鴨定一隻好耐，最後偷聽到隔離枱話小籠包同鍋貼好食，就決定嗌半隻鴨加小籠包同鍋貼。🤣✨北京烤鴨（半隻）$298未食已經睇得到鴨皮色澤好靚，食落去好香脆，鴨肉亦非常之嫩。荷葉餅夠熱夠薄，再配埋密瓜、青瓜、京葱、京醬，一啖食落去，簡直係天作之合。👍🏻✨灌湯小籠包 $16/隻呢度嘅小籠包皮薄餡靚，充滿湯汁，一個字:正！食到最後忍唔住再encore 多2隻添。 ✨鮮肉鍋貼 $15/隻肉餡同小籠包用嘅係一樣，不過鍋貼嘅餡比小籠包再大啲，感覺上好似仲抵食過小籠包🤣兩人前埋單竟然四百蚊都唔洗，點解咁抵？因為星期二做緊7折，俾錢嗰陣都打咗個突。除此之外其他日子都做緊各種優惠，真係唔再去幫襯都唔得啦！😳
