大家去完旅行後都沒有好好一聚,於是我提議去朋友家樓下的燒烤場來個燒烤晚會,我們四個起碼四,五年沒有一起燒烤了,加上今晚天氣涼爽,明天放假,燒到晚上十二時也沒問題,我們住得近嘛。這裡相對市區燒烤場便宜,朋友說她試過跟同學們去燒烤大約180元一位左右,這只需110元一位,另加開爐費50元,愈多人來燒烤的話,開爐費分擔多了更優惠。燒烤最關注的事當然是有甚麼食材可烤,我們紛紛去食材櫃觀察一番,香腸,丸類,燒賣都是基本必有,另有煙肉及鴨胸,從前都沒有呢。還有些蔬菜如粟米,青椒,翠玉瓜和茄子供大家選擇,始終不應該側重吃肉,也要嚐點蔬菜才飲食均衡。肉類方面比從前進步,均使用真空包裝,拿取時方便多了,而且又夠衞生,不需擔心食物不乾淨。我們差不多每種雞翼都吃遍,咖喱雞翼,蒜香雞翼,麻辣雞翼,香辣雞翼及南乳雞翼,我們推薦大家吃麻辣雞翼與香辣雞翼,這兩款雞翼非常惹味,南乳雞翼鹹香。另外金牌叉燒,招牌金沙骨是雞翼外我們最喜歡的烤肉,大家都燒得不錯,朋友認為可能人長大了,耐性也比從前多,專心一意烤叉燒及金沙骨。塗上滿滿的蜜糖烤兩次,可媲美燒臘店的燒味,叉燒和金沙骨軟嫩多汁,吃時要小心爆汁。
