To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六飲茶最頭痛就係等位,呢到唔錯,約左幾點就準時入座,而且人流唔多,變相坐得舒唔同唔好嘈吵,可以清靜飲餐茶。佢有精緻新派點心,亦有傳統做法點心。灌湯餃伴左啲魚翅係則邊,賣相已經先贏。叉燒腸皮薄,豉油唔咸,好味。山竹牛肉有落馬蹄,咬落爽爽地好好味。炸芋角入面啲芋泥好棉滑,外皮鬆脆。煎薄罉有大量蝦子係面,香脆可口,真係好食到不得之了。帶子蝦餃,面頭放左粒帶子,入面係蝦,兩種食物配埋一起非常鮮味,而且賣相都靚仔😉
