To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前遊船河前都會經常來和記餐廳吃早餐，因為方便又近碼頭。星期日的西貢永遠都很多人，今次又係貪方便，又到和記餐廳吃飯。午餐有鮮茄牛肉飯$57、京都豬扒飯$57、菠蘿生炒骨飯$50、凍咖啡跟餐價$3和茶走。三款菜式都做得有板有眼，鮮茄牛肉飯和京都豬扒飯都是飯餸分開上，鮮茄牛肉味道鮮甜，牛肉夠腍。京都豬扒飯開胃又好餸飯，最適合喜歡吃肉的人。菠蘿生炒骨飯味道酸酸甜甜，腩排連骨，肉質較嫩滑，老少咸宜的菜式。飲品方面，咖啡味道淡唔好飲，茶走相比咖啡好少少。和記餐廳相比起我平時返工在外面吃的茶餐廳比較有質素，起碼菜式不是求其煮出來的。
